UBE BLEND


INGREDIENTS
6g Ube Powder
50g Water

PROCESS

1. Mix Ube Powder with water and stir well 
2. Strain through a fine strainer



RASPBERRY SYRUP


INGREDIENTS

110g Raspberries, frozen
90g Date Sugar

PROCESS
1. Mix Raspberries and Date Sugar into a pot

2. Give it a quick boil until sugar is dissolved

3. Strain through a fine strainer and cool down



FINAL DRINK

1 serving 

INGREDIENTS
150g Koatji Milk
10g Raspberry Syrup
20g Ube Blend
25g Espresso Shot


PROCESS

1. Mix the Raspberry Syrup and Ube blend and pour over ice

2. Poor in the Koatji Milk 

3. Add the Espresso shot

4. Finish with a dust of Ube Powder
