PUMPKIN SPICED LATTE

This creamy Pumpkin Spiced Koatji Latte combines a rich pumpkin puree, Koatji milk, and the perfect hint of warm spices. The latte is sweetened with maple syrup and enriched with cashew butter for a smooth finish.

PUMPKIN SPICE MIX


INGREDIENTS

7g of Cinnamon, ground

2g Nutmeg, ground 

2g Ginger, ground 

2g Allspice, ground

0.5g Cloves, ground

PROCESS

Mix all the spices together



PUMPKIN SPICE CREAM


INGREDIENTS

60g Pumpkin puree (Caned or homemade - see below)

400g Koatji Milk 

1.5g Pumpkin Spice Mix

55g Cashew Butter

50g Maple Syrup 

5g Vanilla Extract 

Pinch of salt

PROCESS
1. Mix all ingredients into a pot

2. Heat up the mix slowly while stirring 

3. Give it a quick boil for 30 seconds until it thickens. 

4. Strain the liquid through a fine strainer and cool down.



FINAL DRINK


INGREDIENTS
100g Koatji Milk 

100g Pumpkin Spice Cream

25g espresso


PROCESS

1. Mix together the Koatji Milk with the Pumpkin Spices Cream 

2. Foam the mix until hot 

3. Add the foamed latte to a cup and pour in the espresso 

4. Finish the drink with a dust of pumpkin spice and enjoy!
