MATCHA CHIA PUDDING WITH BLUEBERRIES AND PISTACHIO

This Matcha Chia Pudding is your new favorite layered treat. Earthy matcha meets velvety Koatji, chilled overnight for the perfect pudding texture. Topped with juicy maple-kissed blueberries, roasted pistachios, and a whisper of cinnamon, it’s equal parts refreshing, satisfying, and downright addictive.

CHIA PUDDING

70g Chia seeds 

450g Koatji milk

4g Matcha 

0.5g Sea salt (a pinch


PROCESS
1. Whisk Matcha with Koatji Milk and make sure that the Matcha is fully incorporated 

​​2. Mix in chia seeds and salt and let it sit in the fridge overnight



SERVING

100g Chia pudding

20g Pistachios (roasted and chopped)

75g Blueberries 

20g Maple Syrup 

Cinnamon Powder


PROCESS
1. Add the Matcha Chia Pudding to a cup

2. Mix the blueberries with Maple Syrup 

3. Add the Blueberries on top of the Pudding, sprinkle with the Pistacchios and top with a dust of cinnamon powder. Enjoy!
