LION'S MANE MOCHA

A Lion’s Mane Iced Mocha with rich chocolate, Koatji milk, and silky coffee foam – crafted as a drink, yet indulgent enough to be enjoyed as a dessert. Deep, smooth, and lightly earthy with a balanced sweetness and a clean, velvety finish.

RAW CACAO LION'S MANE SYRUP 

12 g Raw Cacao Powder

4 g Lion's Mane powder 

5 g Vanilla extract

42 g Water

36 g Raw Honey


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add raw cacao powder, Lion’s Mane powder, vanilla extract, water and raw honey to a pot.

2. Heat gently on low while whisking until smooth and fully combined. Do not boil.

3. Strain through a fine mesh or cheesecloth if needed.

4. Cool down.

COFFEE FOAM

15 g Instant coffee  

65 g Sugar 

50 g Boiling water


INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk (electric) until a nice fluffy consistency. 


FINAL SERVING

40 g Raw Cacao Lion's Mane Syrup

150 g Koatji milk 

Coffee Foam

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the Cacao & Lion's Mane Syrup to a glass and add ice cubes. Slowly pour in the Koatji Milk and finish with Coffee foam.
