Hot Koatji Chocolate is a smooth blend of Koatji milk, raw cacao, dark chocolate, and date syrup, finished with a creamy coconut-vanilla foam. A delightful twist on the classic, it’s a treat that won’t disappoint.

INGREDIENTS
440g Koatji Milk
8g Raw Cacao Powder
20g Dark Chocolate 66%, chopped
25g Date Syrup
A pinch of salt
3g vanilla paste
COCONUT CANILLA FOAM
INGREDIENTS
100g Koatji Milk
100g Coconut Milk
2g Vanilla Paste
PROCESS
1. Add the Chocolate, Cacao Powder, Koatji Milk, Date Syrup and a pinch of Salt into a pot.
2. Heat up the mix slowly while stirring
3. Mix together the Koatji and Coconut Milk with the Vanilla Paste and steam the mix until foamy
4. Give the Hot Chocolate a quick blend with a hand blender and add it to a cup
5. Top the Hot Chocolate with the Koatji-Coconut Vanilla foam and serve
