Drop the Beet

Earthy, sweet, and totally unexpected! This vibrant sipper mixes creamy vanilla with bold beet powder, smooth matcha, and rich, velvety Koatji. Served over ice and topped with a golden pinch of turmeric, it’s like a cozy latte got a colorful, flavor-packed glow-up.

INGREDIENTS
1 oz pH Sugar-Free Vanilla
1/2 tsp beet powder 
1 oz hot water
1 scoop high quality Matcha
1 oz hot water 
1 cup Koatji
Ice
Pinch of Turmeric for garnish

PROCESS
1. WHISK/MIX first 3 ingredients in a 16 oz glass
2. FILL ice cubes to top of glass
3. WHISK 1 scoop Matcha (your fave high quality) into 1 oz hot water in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add 5 oz Koatji, fill with ice, and shake in a cocktail shaker 
4. POUR/STRAIN Matcha/Koatji over beet mixture
5. GARNISH (optional) with a pinch of turmeric for color on top or with beet powder for a pop of color!
