BLUE SPIRULINA BLEND


INGREDIENTS

3g Blue Spirulina powder
60g Water

PROCESS

1. Mix Blue Spirulina with water and stir well



BLUEBERRY SYRUP


INGREDIENTS

200g Wild Blueberries, frozen
50g Date Sugar
3g Cardamom Pods

PROCESS
1. Mix Blueberries, Date Sugar and Cardamom Pods (crushed open) into a pot 

2. Give it a quick boil and let it infuse for minimum 30 minutes 

3. Strain through a fine strainer and cool down



FINAL DRINK

INGREDIENTS
200 g Koatji milk
18 g Blueberry Syrup
30 g Blue Spirulina blend
Cardamom Powder


PROCESS

1. Add the Blueberry Syrup and Spirulina blend into a cup

2. Steam the Koatji milk and add the milk to the mix

3. Finish the drink with a dust of Cardamom Powder
