Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding

This creamy Koatji chia pudding, infused with antioxidant-rich blue spirulina, pairs perfectly with tangy raspberry jam and fresh berries for a nourishing, feel-good treat. Perfect for breakfast or a midday snack, it's as delicious as it is vibrant!

RASPBERRY JAM


INGREDIENTS

342g Raspberry, frozen 

5g Vanilla extract

170g Date Sugar

PROCESS

1. Combine Raspberry and the date sugar in a pot 

2. Heat up while stirring until it boils and the date sugar is dissolved

3. Strain the liquid from the berries (save the berries)

4. Add the liquid back to the pot, and reduce into half amount (big bubbles appear) 

5. Add the strained berries back into the liquid and add the vanilla extract.

6. Cool down



CHIA PUDDING


INGREDIENTS

70g Chia seeds 

450g Koatji milk

0.2g Blue Spirulina (a pinch)

0.5g Sea salt (a pinch)


PROCESS

1. Mix chia seeds, Koatji milk and salt and let it sit overnight

2. Mix in the blue spirulina and make sure it is fully incorporated 



SERVING


INGREDIENTS

100 g Chia pudding

20 g Raspberry Jam

75 g of mixed fresh berries mix (1/3 blueberry, 1/3 raspberry, 1/3 strawberry)


PROCESS

1. Add the chia pudding to a bowl 

2. Spread out the raspberry jam on top 

3. Add the fresh berries, finish the pudding with a dust of blue spirulina powder and enjoy
